Before placing my order, Begoña Martinez answered all my questions and all further communications were very good. One item was not in stock, and on the previously mentioned delivery date, I received an email that this item had indeed arrived and was ready for transportation. My order arrived in tip-top condition. I'm not able to test it yet, but so far I'm very pleased with the customer service and the delivered goods, so well recommended!
